Our toddler boxing class is a fun, high-energy class designed to help little ones build confidence, coordination, and motor skills through playful boxing-inspired activities.
With soft equipment, simple movements, and a focus on safety, children learn to follow instructions, take turns, and burn off energy. while having a great time!
Perfect for active toddlers who love to move, play, and explore!
This class is for children 14 months - 2.5 years old.
Children will come fully dressed in comfortable clothing ready to begin.
This is a 45-minute. Thursdays 10:00am - 10:30am.
Next session begins the week of October 19th. The session will run for 8 classes over 9 weeks and will end the week of December 14th
*There will be no formal classes the week of Thanksgiving, Monday 11/23 through Saturday 11/28*
Thursdays 10 AM begins on October 22nd
Bring your own boxing gloves! This is parent participation class.
We welcome Jervis Rosario to our team. He has successfully lead and motivated individuals, from beginner to advanced levels by providing exceptional one-on-one and group class training. He demonstrates his expertise and specific knowledge by working on one’s form and also by working out with you.
