Baby Yoga
Ages: Newborn to Nearly Crawling
Baby Yoga classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby's sleep. We work on ways to improve tummy time, work on regulation of body movement and most of all give you an idea of what to do at home to support baby's development.
During a Baby Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about your baby's emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do in this class is for baby.
No yoga experience is required. Class is 35 minutes.
What Parents are Saying:
Jodi: Doing things from the class at home with my son. Especially the clockwise circling of the legs to help constipation! His not mine.
Sarah: Getting out of the house in the dead of winter and finding a new way to bond with Finn. It was wonderful.
Sarah: That we are still singing and doing the movements 15 months later. Rachel lights up at the songs.
Natalia: I agree with what has been already been posted. My daughter struggled with colic and by the end of the class it has seemed to resolve!
Helena: Learning new songs and things to do with Aubrey. Meeting other moms who I could relate to.
4 week session begins July 14th.
Class runs for four consecutive weeks on Tuesdays from 1:00-1:35 pm.
Come as you are, as often as you can. Do whatever your baby needs you to do, we are here to hold the space while you honor that connection.

Connection
Even after having my third baby I learned so many new things at Baby Yoga. Ally has a wonderful way of engaging and empowering Mother's and teaching them new techniques. I felt I connected with my baby in all new ways during class while also learning stretches and position to help baby relax, stretch, relieve gas pain & encourage a positive tummy time experience. Ally helps each Mother and baby individually based on the age of the baby. I would encourage any new Mom to take this class for not only connecting with baby and learning new things but to also connect with other new Moms.
