Get confident and prepared for your feeding journey in this engaging, evidence-based prenatal class. You’ll learn exactly what you need to know for a strong start with breastfeeding—without the overwhelm.
We’ll cover: establishing your milk supply, effective latch and positioning, breast pump basics, signs baby is getting enough milk, and realistic self-care for breastfeeding parents—plus plenty of time for questions.
Taught by Tana Murphy of Be Nourished Lactation, a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and mom of three, this class blends clinical expertise with real-life insight. You’ll leave with practical skills, increased confidence, and a direct connection to an IBCLC for ongoing support.
