Yoga for Childbirth Couples Workshop
Enhance awareness of and confidence in pregnancy, labor and birth through yoga. Couples will learn and practice postures, breath work, meditation, and visualization together that are both beneficial and enjoyable for the rest of pregnancy and during labor. The compassionate presence and encouragement of a woman’s partner is a powerful aid to labor and delivery.
This workshop gives partners an opportunity to gain understanding of how to support the birthing mom with confidence and sensitivity and feel more connected to the unborn baby.
No previous yoga experience necessary
Beneficial for 2nd or 3rd pregnancies too!
