Partner with your active little one in a yoga class full of simple, animated yoga poses, movement games, songs, story-telling and breathing, along with lots of laughter and fun! Toddlers are ready to move and play and the class will give them a chance to learn about their bodies, stimulate their senses and have fun exploring creative poses with repetition in songs and games. The class will focus on letting each child have their own experience while allowing them to be playful and silly. During class, children will continue to develop their curiosity, stimulate their imagination, build a positive sense of self, engage in positive social interactions, and develop their body and breathing awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, moo in cow pose and flutter our wings in butterfly. We will end every class with a short n’ sweet relaxation to leave children with an inner sense of peace and calm that both children and parents can enjoy. No yoga experience is required. Caregivers welcome.
This is a 45-minute, parent participation class for children who are strong walkers through 3 years of age. Session runs for 8 weeks. Cost $140

A fun class with a focus on isolating movements, enjoying all the things we are capable of, and how our bodies work- all while pretending and stretching the imagination! Ms. Julie brings the magic through movement and music! We can't wait for Wednesday mornings!
