The Bradley® Method is natural childbirth education which prepares expectant parents for the most challenging and rewarding work of their lives. We believe that the more you know, the more confident and relaxed you will be in labor. Of over 200,000 Bradley-trained couples nationwide, over 86% of them have had spontaneous, un-medicated vaginal births! The standard 12-week Bradley series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. Classes cover the following topics:

 Introduction / Exercises /Relaxation /Staying healthy and low-risk pregnancy

  1. Nutrition in Pregnancy / Physiology / Reducing Common Discomforts
  2. The Coach’s Role
  3. First Stage Labor
  4. Planning Your Birth – including individual guidance in creating your ideal birth with the medical setting you have chosen
  5. Variations & Complications – including potential benefits & risks of analgesia and anesthesia
  6. Postpartum Preparation
  7. Breastfeeding

2019 Schedule: 

The Bradley Method series meets each week for 12 weeks, usually from 5:30-7:30 or 8pm

Saturdays:  February 16, June 1
Mondays: April 8
When to start Classes:
Start classes about 14-16 weeks before your estimated due date.   
Birth is a major physical event, and mother and partner need time to practice the techniques to handle labor well.
