Our Preschool Yoga Class is full of simple, animated yoga poses, movement games, songs, story-telling and breathing, along with lots of laughter and fun!
Preschoolers are ready to move and play and the class will give them a chance to learn about their bodies, stimulate their senses and have fun exploring creative poses with repetition in songs and games. In this yoga class, children will continue to develop their curiosity, stimulate their imagination, build a positive sense of self, engage in positive social interactions, and develop their body and breathing awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, moo in cow pose and flutter our wings in butterfly. We will end every class with a short n’ sweet relaxation to leave children with an inner sense of peace and calm that both children and parents can enjoy.
No yoga experience is required.
This is a 45-minute class for children who are 3 through 5 years of age. Session runs for 8 weeks. Cost $140
Class size is limited to eight
Next session begins the week of April 30th and runs for eight consecutive weeks.
