Prenatal Yoga

***Due to the soon arrival of Bethany's newest addition, Prenatal Yoga will be moving from Monday nights, to Tuesday nights starting the week of August 4th.  

Prepare for an active and empowered birth. Whether you're pregnant for the first time or fourth time, these classes will provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is home for two, and to deepen your relationship with your growing baby. Enhance relaxation, comfort, and serenity for this transformational time of life. Calm and flexibility achieved through yoga ease the birthing process, thus reducing pain and increasing the joy of giving birth. All levels of yoga experience will benefit from this class and are welcome.

Cultivate flexibility and confidence in preparation for childbirth through: Gentle postures with modification for each trimester, Breath work, Guided relaxation and meditation, and vocal Toning.
