Prenatal Yoga has both physical and mental benefits during pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga is for women who are newly pregnant, those 40 weeks plus and many more in between. Our Prenatal Yoga instructor welcomes women with both no yoga experience and those true yogis.
Enhance relaxation, comfort, and serenity for this transformational time of life. Calm and flexibility achieved through yoga ease the birthing process, thus reducing pain and increasing the joy of giving birth.
Tuesdays, January 9, 16 & 30, 2018 (drop in to one or all three!)
Class length is 1 hr. We provide all equipment needed, including a mat at no charge. If you prefer to bring your own, please do. Also, please bring water.
We encourage you to come in and try a class for just $16.00.

It was my first yoga class and I absolutely loved it. It was so soothly, relaxing and an energy boost for my well being. Can't wait to take it again.
