On-line Return Policy
If you have purchased an item(s) on-line:
How do I return something?
Step 1: Please call our center for a return authorization.
Be sure to have you receipt available. We will not be able to accept a returned
item without an authorization number. This is how we track who is returning it
and we want to be able to credit YOUR account.
Step 2: Write
your authorization number on your packing slip and include it in the box with
the item(s) you are returning. Please
send returns to:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping unless Bellani
Maternity shipped you the wrong item.
Step 3: You may
return the item via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. We do recommend ensuring the
item(s). We can only credit items we have received back to stock.
Please note: We are happy to accept returns on items purchased within 14 days of
receipt. Items must be new, in original packaging and void of any
markings. For your safety, items non-returnable include: nursing bras,
nursing tanks, hosiery, support garments, intimate apparel, sale items,
carriers & slings, breastfeeding accessories and pumps.
You will receive an email when we have received your
package. If a gift item was returned, we will call or email you with a gift
card number for store credit. Please expect 4 – 6 weeks for a return to be
credited to your credit card.
You may also return the item in our store. Again, please
have your receipt. If you don’t have your receipt, a store credit will be given
for the lowest price of the item.
