About the Sales Associate Position:
Our sales associate serves as the face and voice of Bellani Maternity. We help families have the greatest parenting experiences possible. This includes helping customers find the products and services that are right for them, while making them feel comfortable and welcome in our center. The hours of the position include one to two afternoons each week, from 1-6 or 2-8 pm and three weekend shifts per month.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Show a commitment to selling the correct products to customers by determining the customer's needs by determining the customers needs, active listening, and product demonstration
- Exhibit mastery of basic Word, Excel and email functions
- Actively maintain the highest level of visual presentation in the store, including: restocking, store cleaning, product maintenance and visual merchandising
- Educate and inform clients of Bellani Maternity’s broad range of services and offerings
- Register clients for prenatal and postpartum groups, classes and consultations
- Assist with retail operations including inventory, merchandising and store
- Cleanliness and organization
- Assist clients with breast pump rentals, sales and replacement parts

About the CPR Instructor Position
We are looking for a joyful person to join our environment. The position will be teaching 1 class per month, during the evening. Help teach expectant and new parents these lifesaving skills.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Responsible for providing patient educational classes in Infant Safety and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Develops and maintains organizational training goals, competencies, policies, and manuals.
- The Infant Safety and CPR instructor will lead participants through Infant Safety and CPR instructional programs and will teach participants the knowledge and skills necessary to safely react in an emergency situation.
- Responsible for maintaining a current knowledge base and be able to thoughtfully and fully follow up any questions or concerns.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor Degree preferred
- Current American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or other accredited CPR Instructor certification.
- One year of experience teaching CPR preferred.
- Experience teaching Infant or newborn safety preferred.
- Must have demonstrated teaching abilities.
