Who We Are
After following women for nearly a decade on
their journey through motherhood we dreamed of a better way. We knew that
families throughout Rhode
Island
needed a place to meet other expecting moms and new parents. We found all
of the items you need and want, and mixed them with parenting classes, and
mommy & me groups. All day, everyday, Bellani is available for
you.
Our Story
The idea for Bellani was created in a preschool parking lot while waiting for
our children to finish their school day. The conversations were continued
at playgrounds, living rooms, and coffee shops throughout Rhode Island. As the idea had time to flourish, we then went
out and met with health professionals throughout the state and synthesized
Bellani into what it is today. We loved what the state had to offer, but
knew there was something missing in our community. We put other life
plans on hold, ran to the bank, and called a realtor. Then, with barely
enough in the bank to keep the lights on we were teaching our first Childbirth
Education class in our facility. There have always been many great resources
available to expecting and new parents. Our goal is to integrate them all in
one convenient location. We are constantly searching for the best professionals
in the area so that we can partner with the individuals and organizations who
are best able to serve our clients. Starting a family brings new meaning to
"busy lives." We're here to make everything easier!

Bellani was founded with the desire to help Childbirthing and new families, the owners and founders are still an everyday presence at Bellani.
Bellani Maternity has assembled the best
childbirth educators, nurses, lactation counselors, massage therapists, yoga
teachers, and emotional wellness professionals in Rhode Island. We have put them in one place
to help with whatever stage of pregnancy or parenthood you are in. Seven days
each week, our staff is ready to help you in anyway that they can.
Bellani Maternity is a collaborative effort of
professionals not only involved with Childbearing Families but also advisors
who are able to help maintain daily operations.
